Welcome to a New ASCII-World.
At first, welcome to our new website.
ASCII-World is now under great wiki software (wikidot.com), wich means easier management, unlimited contributors and hopefully, more interested ASCII'rs :)
Practical reasons were #1 why this move was made. Now, it's not only on one or two persons shoulders to maintain this place.
Secondly, previous software was ok, but bit hard and heavy for our usage. Wikidot offers everything we need, and very easy evinroment for even beginners.
Nearly 2 and half year is behind since ASCII-World was established and it's looking good.
Special thanks to Hartnell and Rick D. Clark for their efforts when moving this place. You guys actually did over half of the work. Thank you thank you and thank you. If you ever visit at Finland, beers on me :)
From our previous software at http://www.shnetworks2.net/~asciiwor/tiki-index.php is still working. Link to Bulletin Board now points to here. I also posted quick brief about situation there, since many uses real url, instead of www.ascii-world.com.
Forum at gamedesignnovice is also still working, but in time, i doubt that use of it will frop on zero.
